False ban without reason..

Please read: I have to write this from a friends account because this is ridiculous.

I have years of gaming experience and I have never seen anything like this.

I have thoroughly read the User Agreement and Terms of Sale and I haven't broken any of the set rules.

It's 29th of June, I go on your website to create an account, fill in the details, no problems. so far so good - Reason for creating an account was to link it with my Playstation account so I could play FC 25 online.

2nd of July out of nowhere I get a email saying: We wish to notify you that we have found your account to be in violation of our User Agreement or our Terms of Sale, and due to the nature of this violation we are left with no option other than to permanently close your account with immediate effect.

I am shocked with a reaction of What, How and Why? and immediately go on your EA Help site to make a case. I write my case and send it in and this was the response: 

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us regarding the action that was taken on your account due to a violation of our User Agreement or Terms of Sale. After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we found that your account was actioned correctly, and the sanction will remain in place. We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures.

I have made several cases now and got the same response every time. I have tried calling your Phone support - Doesn't work. I have tried Live Chat - Not a fix, they told me to e-mail their ToS Team which i have done several times. This screams to me you have no idea of what you're doing and doesn't communicate between your "teams". Now im left with no help, no reasons why, but just to send in thousands of cases - ridiculous.

Im not looking for a solution on this forum because I know you will refer me to EA Help site and contact the ToS Team. I want this to be a statement on how I am one of many customers that gets treated this way. Atleast tell us the exact reason or the "details" you say you have when you do such "thoroughly investigation". Because there is nothing to go on from. 

I am shocked by how poor the customer experience has been by a so called BIG company. Something needs to be done and not just a copy-paste answer to everything.

    You must understand that after the ban by EA stating I violated their terms - Just by simply creating an account and giving me no information other wise, that I am suspicious of what they say. How can I as a customer just wanting to play, have to go through this? Why do I get pushed further and further back instead of getting to the roots of my problem. Let people on here share their problems and hopefully us customers and EA can walk away with a case solved and a smile on our faces..

    I understand what you are saying however the key word is "may". 

    Either way we cannot assist you with the account issue here. 

    If you believe you have been hacked take appropriate measures to secure your account and associated E-mail account https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/secure-hacked-ea-account/

    If you believe that a sanction (Suspension/Ban) placed on your account was by mistake you should reach out to the Terms of Service team https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    You could have made a different EA account to post here instead of using someone else's account. 

    That is also against the rule: If you have more than one EA Account, depending on the type of violation or misuse, EA may terminate all of your EA Accounts and all related Entitlements. If your EA Account is terminated, you will not have access to your EA Account or Entitlements and may be barred from accessing or using any EA Service again. Upon termination, your license under this Agreement also shall terminate.

    Just so you know, I do not work for or at EA or Respawn. I am a gamer just like you, just happen to be a part of the EA Forum Super User Program. 

    You could have made a different EA account to post here instead of using someone else's account.

    And i am glad you pointed that out. Because the Customer Experience Team never pointed anything out and just completely ignored my cases with no specific details, like talking to a wall. Incredible.

    I know that.. but how on earth am I else suppose to get noticed and get some feedback..can't write from my account can I??? You basically tell me to be quiet about something serious and im not even a hater on you guys. You need to be more open, you are dealing with a customer for christ sake

    You do know that by using your friends EA account to post this, that that basically equates to sharing the account, which in turn is against the ToS.

    Please note that if the ToS will not lift the ban then there is nothing that can be done. As you stated and understand here on the Forum  we cannot assist with account issues only the ToS team can.
