FC 26 connect network

I bought FC26 on my PlayStation device. I have a PlayStation Plus membership. My internet is fine. Every game opens, but when I enter FC26, I keep getting an error saying the online connection has been lost. Whatever I did, it did not work. Please help me.

    Hi there. Let's see if power cycling will help. Please follow these steps:

    1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
    2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
    3. Power it all up and try playing again
