Hey deedge,
While you're not seeing that come through in junk or spam folders, it may help to check that you have both @ea.com and @e.ea.com domains specifically added to your email provider's filters/settings as well.
Beyond that if you're still not getting that verification code however, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update any needed account details and help make sure the right accounts are linked.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
