Full EA ban due to harassment

Hey

I know this is not the place to start a full discussion about a ban and that I have to contact support about this issue, regardless they have not been able to help me.

I have received a full EA ban on my account called ‘JumperPack’ for harassment which I find very weird. I have almost 2000 hours on Apex Legends and I also recently bought the new karambit heirloom ( which was not cheap ) 

I have in total 4 harassment warnings on my account in the span of almost 5 years of playing. I did not recieve a ban for 30 days ever but a full EA permanent ban. The words that I said this time which was the reason for the perm ban are not alright I understand that, but why is it that I get a full perm ban and not a 30 day ban?

I have spent money and time in this game and now all of a sudden all of that is lost.

Is there anything that can be doen about this issue or does anyone know something to help me? I will attach a file containing the words which got me perm banned and you can make up your mind for yourself.

    we can't do anything about bans here in the forum. 

    EA follows a zero tolerance policy and also, you've already received several warnings beforehand.

    You can contact Support to dispute the ban, but if they investigate and find the ban to be correctly applied, there's nothing that can be done.

    You need to report that message to Xbox as they handle moderation of messages through their system rather than EA. If you select the three dots at the top-right then you should be able to report the message. It might also be a good idea to block them afterwards.

    I'm sorry to hear that, but you'll need to discuss that with Xbox Live customer support or try reporting again through the message. Since it's messages sent through their system rather than in-game chat they are responsible for it under their policy.
