Game didn't download
I downloaded the game from my app and when got home tried it and didn't work so deleted it and put code back in now don't have it at all.

Check that you are using the same account. Also, check if your game is hidden inside of the EA app.
Find games that are missing from your Library
If the issue persists, then you should talk to EA support.
