Internet problems
Because EA is where games go to die! Star wars Galaxy of heroes is extremely glitchy online battles are glitchy to the point toons don’t die they stay or appear after the battle. CG didn’t pay their internet bill.

The issue is most likely linked to your internet connection or PC. There no reported issue of the game having issues (except this one).
