Hacked account
Hi dudes.
This has really baffled me. Someone hacked me and managed to claim my EA log in so i can no longer play any games that i have paid for. Using a PS5 for gaming.
My old account detail is - "[edit: email address removed]" and my User name is - "DaftnaderUK".
When i then put the password in, it says nothing matched. So i go to account help and got as far as reputting in my email to get a code sent and nothing ever arrives in the email. So i do a bit of clicking about and notice the name has changed from - "DaftnaderUK" to "ev2x59ehzit9". then notice its a similar email but when you fill the gaps in, its different. Changed from "[edit: email address removed]" to "j****2@g****m". When you fill the blanks in with my details, its obviously different. Please see the pic of the EA authenticater - email says "xc***'outlook.com" and also "ju*****@gmail.com"
I can get in via google but any changing of any details has to go through the email of "j****2@g****m" so i never ever recieve the code and have not managed yet to claim my account back.
Cant even log into the forums under that account as gets flagged and then the hacker will be wise and change details his end.
Any help in managing to get my account back would be really good. They did get my steam account to which i have managed to reclaim and resecure. Did leave a message for EA sports help 2 weeks back but they have ignored me.

Hi there. I removed the images since one of them had your full name on it. Please be extremely careful with posting personal details on public forums.
As far as getting hacked goes, unfortunately, that's not something we can help with. We have this article for help with hacked accounts that may help. You also can use the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of that page to open a case with an advisor so they can assist.
