Hacked EA Account – No Response from Support or Case Number

My EA account was hacked, and both email and password were changed. I submitted the hacked account form three times and never received a case number or confirmation. I also sent a DM to @EAHelp on twitter a week ago with no reply.

How do I get EA support to answer or open a live chat to recover my account
