The account linked to PlayStation has been hacked, the email has been changed to a foreign address and I can't change it back or pass 2-step verification. I'm asking you to verify that I own the PlayStation console and reset the security measures and email on my account.
My account got hacked aswell. I have Xbox linked. Support says that i need to open up EA game on Xbox so "pop-up" should appear to change my email... Problem is that that pop up never appears so i'm stuck and support won't do ANYTHING else because that console of mine is linked. Funny thing is that if i didn't have that console linked. They would simply ask me questions about my account. Invoices. Credit card last numbers etc and fix it manually. So i'm F'ed because of my linked Xbox. Did you get it sorted out?
