Hacked then perma-banned
My account was hacked by a Steam Account in Hong Kong, China. I've done about 10 reappeals, and no one is listening to me. Since this is your game, you should be able to see what linked accounts were playing and what not. My friends kept telling me that my name would change when I wasn't playing, a couple of days after I got banned for Game Enhancement. Can someone please tell me how I can call them on the phone to explain this issue so I can get my account unbanned and play Apex again.

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. You can always raise another dispute with our terms of service team, but if they've decided to uphold the ban then I'm afraid there isn't much else I can recommend. They have the final say in whether or not bans are upheld or revoked.
