Nope. Doesnt work. I just created a new account with another email. It was so much faster and I got results immediately. EA chat support is useless. But thank you for responding to this post
Same problem...
I got my EA account back ( thanks to support ) just to see the guy who hacked it cheated in Apex. Because of this i cant unlink his fake Steam Acc. All i could do is change my e-mail, password, phone number to make my acc safe.
I just hope he cant access my xbox account because it was linked in 2009 and its still active.
EA wont help on if the account has an active ban for cheating. Doesnt matter you did it or not :(
