Man, Im going through the exact same issues, Hours of Live chat and nothing to show for it. Cant unlink it. They want me to also prove ownership of an EA Hacker account that i have no correlation to besides them linking my XBOX account to it. I cannot play any EA Games from my XBOX account. Seems to be no help from EA at all.
Exactly. Even after trying again, there is no recourse. They simply do not even acknowledge the issue. It just makes no sense that this is how EA policy should work.
Sadly, I got home too late today to call the EA number XBox gave me as their hours end at 5pm. Here goes hope for tomorrow.
