I'm convinced they all left and forgot to turn off the chat support.

Nope
I clicked on chat support yesterday after making a ticket. The little window came up with an estimated 9 minute wait time. 45 minutes later the estimated wait time was 26 minutes lol.
Also, they closed my ticket without ever responding to it. Nice.
I was waiting 6 hours with my initial estimated 15 minutes...Never got through, but they haven't closed my ticket yet..
No advisors .... LOL
