Has anyone from EA ever actually read any of these discussions and helped ?

In that case, what do we have to do to merit a response from a post? I've had probably 6 or 7 support reps over the years for my singular issue, and not a single one of them has been able to resolve it. All they do now is say "we understand your frustration" and close my ticket.

It's why we CMs are on the site.
