Help

Hi,

 

I’m trying to link my PlayStation Network account to my EA account, but I keep getting an error saying it’s already linked to an EA account ending in @disabled.ea.com.

 

I never made that account — it was probably auto-created when I first played an EA game.

I own this PSN account and want to link it to my current EA account instead.

 

Can an EA community manager please escalate this to have my PSN account unlinked from the old/disabled EA account? I can provide proof of PSN account ownership privately if needed.

    That is so dumb that if I want to chat with an employee, I have to make a new case.

    Tons of people are having the same issue, including myself. Very aggravating, and EA needs to do something to fix it. Pretty ridiculous honestly.
