Hi, I’m trying to link my PlayStation Network account to my EA account, but I keep getting an error saying it’s already linked to an EA account ending in @disabled.ea.com. I never made that account — it was probably auto-created when I first played an EA game.I own this PSN account and want to link it to my current EA account instead. Can an EA community manager please escalate this to have my PSN account unlinked from the old/disabled EA account? I can provide proof of PSN account ownership privately if needed. I have already talked to an Agent, they will request to verify the EA account your PSN is linked to but you will be unable to do that. I have the same situation and the agent sent me here to post a forum while he escalated my case.

I have the exact same issue. I tried hopping on the BF6 beta, the EA login screen popped up, went to make an EA account and link my PS account, only to find out PS account was somehow already linked and have no way to unlink it.

have sent thru a request and live chats crazy atm 150 minutes wait so well see what happens

Same problem with me. Dont know how hr*****@supere.ml linked my psn.

I am having that same problem where my xbox gamertag was linked to an old ea account i made 15+ years ago with my moms email(lol) and that email has been deleted and is impossible to recover since its an old work email. i just want to transfer my xbox GT to my new ea account so i can access the code and drops ive gotten from twitch. HELP Please!!

Same problem as above lol. I even have access to my mom’s email that the account was apparently linked to way back when. But when I go to forgot password to try and login to the old EA account with that email, it says there is no account with that email. I’m in a loop and I just want to speak to a human lol.

I submitted a case and I can no longer find the option to speak to a person because the chat head disappears after I refreshed the page.

The whole support system is kinda really bad. It doesn’t help that tons of people are having issues right at the same time because of this Beta weekend. If you want the option to chat again pretty sure you have to make a new case.

yeah i have no idea where you start to speak with a human lol Everytime i try to unlink the email and account and transfer, it always wants to send a verification code email to that email address and i absolutely cannot access it whatsoever so i have no idea what im suppose to do. idk why its always so difficult
