Please first make sure that you’re signed in to the correct EA account in the EA app. You can also check the Connected Accounts tab in your EA Account settings to confirm whether your Steam account is linked to the correct EA account.
If you suspect your account has been hacked, please follow the account security guides and contact the Steam/EA support team for further assistance.

Please also keep in mind that game progress is stored at the EA account level. Unlinking and relinking accounts may cause you to lose access to your progress.
