hi can any one help me? my account got hacked

my   EA account  got hacked and someone stolen my data and my games and then he transferred into his account but i have his Emile that he transferred to and i have a massage of the action that happened and  date exactly so i want some help please to make my account back.

    You need write in live Chat EA Help. And there advisor ask you many question about your account. You need remember all information about your account and correct answer, if you fail in one question you may be refused.
