Please help me!Hello , I just purchase and installed Spolit Fiction on my PSN: Nedda_EBut it said I can't start the game because my account needs to update login password.However when I use my PSN login email:[edit: email address removed] to login to EA.com, I found that this email is not linked with any PSN account. And my PSN account is linked to an unknown email I never used!!! I want to unlink my PSN account from that EA account (83*****@disabled.ea.co) which I never used!!!!What can I do now? Because I can't find anyway that to login to that EA account (83*****@disabled.ea.co) I never used, I can't unlink my PSN: Nedda_E and relink my PSN to my EA account (Both use email: [edit: email address removed]), why this is happening?? Can you help me!!!!!!!!! Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I 've scanned the QR code to reset my password two times (you can check my password history) but in the game when I try to play online to connect to EA account it still shows you need to reset your password and the QR code. I'm mad!!!

I have exact same problem, I have no idea what is that ea account connected to my Playstation account, and I can't unlink it from the Playstation. Please, how did you fixed it??? I want to link my account with the Sims :(

It looks like your PlayStation account is linked to an old disabled EA account. You can restore it by resetting the password via the original email address attached, but otherwise I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team. They can take a look at this for you.

Hello!! I've tried to resetting the password two times but after login I still can't login to my EA account and it still ask me to resetting my password!!!!! Can you ask someone to help check my account please!!!!!

It sounds like you're either not using the right email address, or you've since made another EA account with it. In either case, at the bottom of the article I've shared there's a link to our live support team.

Any luck same problem, got in touch with EA and they literally replied saying “no fix”
