How did ea support get worse

Question

I’ve been trying to login to my ea account to play apex for like 2 days now I made my account in 2020 so I don’t have the email address anymore but you would think there’d be a way around that in 2026 but no now ea support ai just askes the same questions over and over again and doesn’t let you make a ticket to at least even try to talk to someone about your problem the ai just tells me get in touch with my email provider and then askes did it help with my problem so I’m still here not able to login to my ea account to change my email or make a ticket to say that I don’t have access to the email any suggestions?

Hi there, I completely understand how frustrating it is to get stuck in an automated support loop while trying to access your account.
If you tell the AI chatbot that you cannot access your account, you should be given the option to talk to an advisor. Could you let us know what happens when you try to contact EA Help and where it redirects you? If possible, share a screenshot of your conversation with the chatbot and we will try to guide you to get in touch with an EA Advisor.
