How do I get in contact with EA with no live chat option?

Having this exact same issue. Couldn't get into my old account due to an extremely old email I no longer have access to. Submitted a contact request last week, haven't heard back. Made a new account with my current email, tried to link my newly made EA ID to my Steam account, says I can't because my Steam account is still linked to the old EA ID that I can't access. Have yet to been contacted back by EA and have not been able to access the Live Chat option mentioned here. Awful experience.

Obviously EA is called the worst company, for a good reason for many years now.
I have the same problem as you do. Still no reply...

Even if you can access the ''live chat'' it wont matter because queue for someone to respond there is TOO LONG.

I gave up from that chat. Cant sit there entire day just to wait IF someone respond there.

I am in the same boat, I saw the chat, and was waiting the 163 min wait time just to change an email so I can use my account then the chat just... disappeared... As a software engineer I would say the login process or basic functionality is far below sub-par, and frustrating as it can possibly be. I'm stuck in a loop trying to change an email that needed to be verified before I can change it, as i'm already logged in and the email doesn't exist, why that makes sense I don't know. If anyone finds the elusive chat, please share the link!

Wrong this doesn’t work

Such poor customer service. I can’t link my steam account and now I’ve been trying to find out where to contact there people to help and there no help. None at all. I look online and everyone is saying the same thing. I’m just trying to play this new beta but forget it. I will not be buying the battlefield game since I can’t even play it. 

Back to call of duty. Hopefully the update is good

You put refund, in the top level of your case, live chat pops right up lol. I'm in position 99+ so maybe some time lol

I guess my gamertag is forever linked to a dead email account. So much for enjoying the new battlefield and trying out the beta. Just remember, don't pre-order!!!
