Hi sellasoulsss
The guide ElliotLH shared will walk you through how to unlink a console from your EA account. 😄
Before you go ahead with those steps, since you mentioned wanting to connect a new account in its place, I wanted to highlight an important note at the top of that article:
When you link accounts, it creates a lifetime link to protect you from malicious activity and help prevent performance issues in your games.
You can unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account if you want to link them to a different EA Account, as long as that EA Account has never had the same account type linked to it before in its lifetime.
That means if you unlink an Xbox gamertag from your EA Account, you can’t link a different Xbox gamertag to it in the future.
So, essentially, if you plan to link a new PSN account after unlinking the current one, it might not work. EA accounts aren’t set up to handle multiple accounts of the same type.
To play EA games online from the new PSN, you’d need to create a brand new EA account using an email that isn’t used on any other EA account. Then link your PSN account to the latest EA account.
