My email was changed by a hacker and they set up 2 factor authentication. When i click the revert back email link from EA, the web says "there was an issue updating your email". I tried to contact EA help through chat but they don't seem to respond. Pic 1 is the email change notice from EA and pic 2 is what the web shows after i click the "change your email back".

I have followed those steps, and it leads me to the "Still need help" button. But once i completed the data for chat support, it leads me to the "What do you need help" with page. I have repeated the process 3 times but it does not seem to work..
If I'm not mistaken, there should also be an email option, try using the email option.
