how do we contact you when there is no contact link ?
ok guys heres a simple question how is a player supposed to contact the company with an issue when there in no contact links that say "contact us" ... i have been chasin my tail all over trying to get help with one of your games but i cannot open a case because there is no way to do so unless I spend money to subscribe so i have access to customer service? how does this work? I am having issues with one of your games and there is not one single way liste on your web site that allows a case to be opend up. please explain how players are supposed to get customer service. The ONLY way i found was to make a long distance phone call and im still sitting on hold as i write this and its been almost 35 minutes. =/
