How long does it take for support to respond

Absolutely nothing back from them at all! It's so bad!

Any update on this? I'm facing the same issue. Have contacted support and haven't heard back...

Same issue here, but the old email I have is not accessible anymore,  it's in a domain that doesn't have inbox anymore. I know the password to login but they send a confirmation email and well. So I've sent two tickets to EA but it's been 2 weeks without any responses 😃😃😃

Im the original poster, I managed to reset my password on my old email, ea gives an option to text your phone number a code. So here I am. Now im trying to figure out how to unlink this or change my email here lol

The PSN account is linked from within the EA account. Not from the PSN side.

I have the same issue. I used to play BF games on my PlayStation then moved to PC. My email address at the time became unavailable so I made a new EA account with my new email address.
I have a chance to play the BF6 beta on Thursday, but my GFX card has died so I wanted to play it on my PS5 instead. I can't do that since my PSN account is linked to the old EA account. I want to unlink it so I can link it to the current account thereby giving me access to the early beta.
I have contacted EA, but not heard back yet.

No, I do not think they do...☹️  I have to assume they are busier than normal now too with the impending beta...  Hang in there!

I'm guessing support doesn't work on the weekend.  I just hate dealing with customer support for any company 😆 

No one here will know response times for EA Help, but if you already reached out to them, that is your best bet.
