Code not sending to my email

I deleted my 2FA on my old phone and I'm trying to include it on my new phone, but I need to verify my ID first, so it says it will send me a code to my email. Only problem is, it never does. It doesn't send anything to my email, so I thinking it may have to do with the 2FA I recently turned off. I'm not able to change anything on my account because I need to verify my account but I cannot because it never sends the code to do it! So how do you contact someone from EA with phone or email? Because bots aren't helpful at all

  • Hey RamWolfigerV this can happen from time to time but the good news is that you can find all the relevant info you need to sort this here

If you’re not getting codes sent to your email, try resending the code. If that doesn’t work, make sure:

    • your inbox isn’t full
    • you checked the spam folder
    • you or your service provider haven’t blocked us
    • you’re logged in to the right EA Account.

If you’re logged in to a different EA Account, your codes might go to the wrong email.

If you’re still not getting your codes, look for a past email from ea@e.ea.com and allow images to be displayed. Then, resend the code.If you can’t access or remember the email address you used to make your EA Account, try these account recovery steps.

Let me know how you get on.

The problem isn't that I'm not able to access my email, I can access my email fine. The inbox isn't full, there's nothing in the spam folder, and no matter how many times I click resend, it doesn't send anything. I simply don't get the code to verify my identity, though I had recently turned off 2FA and want to turn it on for my new phone. I also wanted to add my phone number but I need to verify my ID for that too. The problem is I'm not able to log in or change anything in my account because I cannot get the code to verify my ID, although if I sign in with Google then I'm able to log in, though I still need to verify my ID to change my account settings

Update: I just checked my blocked senders list as you suggested, and turns out I did block EA, IDK if it was intentional or accidental, but that was the problem preventing the code from showing. Thanks for the help
