How to get any kind of assistance from EA in Indonesia

There is no "chat" option on the website in this country. 

I have filled out forms many times with my issue but when i look at open cases in my account is says there is none. I feel like the forms just go nowhere. 

Ive tried messaging EA on X. No response. 

Im blocked from playing games ive already paid for as someone has linked there account to my PSN and now I have zero support. Any suggestions?
