How to reach Support staff

I don't know if somehow I have missed how to reach any kind of support staff regarding EA issues or if there is no real way to do so. I mean there is the bot which in all honesty rarely serves a purpose for issues anywhere, it does help you find information sometimes though I guess. However when you look up how to access EA support it says to select a category that fits your issue the most and IF there is any staff available for that specific category you can then start a chat. To be honest i did not find a single category where there was any availability to start a chat or conversation with support. And somehow There seems to be no other way to reach support. This is obviously the same for both the app and the webpage. I just don't see how there is no way to start a ticket/conversation/chat with any kind of support staff.

Like I said earlier, I might have missed something and in that case I am sorry, or it might not be very obviously displayed which could be looked into I guess.

    So I had purchased Madden 25 on steam and that was apparently the reason it wasn't launching, something with the API and/or steam SDK not working properly (I don't really remember which). I was still able to refund the game on steam and then purchase it on EA instead after which it worked perfectly the first time. So for some reason even though the game is available to purchase on steam it didn't launch properly if you did so. Unfortunately this is not really a solution to the problem but rather a workaround if you are still able to refund the game on steam. And if the game was originally purchased on EA and the issue was there anyway I really don't know what to do.

    I have tried your provided solutions with no success, I will post in the Madden forum as well however it seems to be an issue with the launcher/app and not the game. Thanks anyways!

    It looks like you are having an issue launching your madden 25 game. 

    have you tried updating/repairing the EA App?

    Same thing for the game?

    You may want to post this issue in the Madden Forum as there may be others there that are having a similar issue or had such an issue and know how to fix it. 

    Best of luck and if you find out a solution can you tag me with the info on how to resolve it so that I/we can help others.

    I have recently made a post regarding my issue that I wanted to reach support to resolve. I figured just that, either I could get support from the community or the staff that monitor the forums. However I still think it is a massive flaw to not have and actual and direct way to contact support regarding issues, whether the reason is wanting to keep the conversation private or something else.
