I am trying to send a 2fa email

to my old email so that i can change the primary email  but i am not receiving the codes to be able to change it  how do i fix this

    Hi SpursBoss_123345​, 

    If the Login Verification codes aren't coming through for you, can you make sure:

    • You're checking the correct email address currently registered to the EA account
    • Your inbox isn’t full.
    • You’ve checked the spam folder.
    • You or your service provider haven’t blocked us.

    If that doesn’t help, our support team may be able to help you out. You can connect with them through our EA Help site.
