I cannot connect my EA account in FC 26

Hi 

i cannot connect me EA account my my FC 26 game play, i tried severel time i make all suggested solutions even i remove the game and downloaded it again, i tried fc 25 and its connected well and no issue in fc 25

    im having a similar issue where i can type the 2 factor authentication code in but when i press continue nothing happens. got no fix for it at this moment in time.
