I Cant Play the Game I Paid 70 Dollars

I pre-ordered battlefield 6 a month ago on steam I dont know why tf I did that but it was too late I downloaded the game trying to play it but all of a sudden it wants me to connect ea servers. However ea disabled my account permanently without reason it got hacked and boom banned I sent lots of emails to them that I wasnt the one who had this account banned no answer I hate this moderation team please help me unlinking or deleting or whatever help.

    I've been trying to reach EA Support chat for the last 12 hours for this exact same situation but none of the support team has reached out to me. This is bonkers.

    This is an absolute failure on their part. I think it has something to do with the Steam version of the game since all the other posts that have "Account disabled" popup were bought on Steam.

    I bought BF6 on Steam and got banned again after 5 hours. I thought it was a Steam issue, so I tried again with EA Play Pro on diff account, st got banned in under 2 hours.

    I almost did the same, but I'm glad I stopped myself from doing it. Holy, that's just as unfair as it gets.
    Let's hope they fix asap.
