I can't resume the case

I received an email asking me to add some information about my problem, but after changing the design, I couldn't get the case back.

    Hey there, I'm sorry to hear you're unable to resume your current ticket. In this case, please create a new support ticket, and they should be able to pick up where you left off. Just mention the old case number on the new ticket.
