I did not create an EA account!
I did not create an EA Account but i received several emails for account activation. I changed all my passwords but couldnt delete this Ea account. Could you pls help? EA ID: chkyyNYSHmaENI

Also noting this happened to me and the "contact us" option in the help section does not work. I am unable to speak or contact anyone at EA right now after an account was made using my email without my authorization. There shuld be a much easier email/chat support option, and a simple way for people to delete accounts, especially if they never authorized them.
Can you give any more info about what didn't work when you tried contacting EA Help? I've just gone through the initial steps (selected EA Account from "Help by Topic" -> How to Delete an EA Account -> Filled out the form) and didn't seem to encounter a problem, but I did stop before initiating a chat as I didn't want to waste an agent's time. I was also not logged into my account at the time, as I was using the site as a guest.
