hi the email address i originally used is on aol and i dont have access to it any more. when i try to change the email to my current one it keeps sending and asking for verification code that i cant access to see and even when i try to add 2 step verification if does that . So i need help to either resest my email to my new email or i need this account deleted please help id like access to EA for the new Battlefield and other titles
i have the same issue cant access old account because i no longer have access to my old email. i have a newer account i play on but the old one is linked to my play station account so it blocking me from linking the one i can use. this is a very frustrating system they have set up.
very frustrating like eihter need my old email unlinked or something but same except mines linked through xbox and just started pc
i did what i thought was a support ticket last night haven't herd back from them yet not sure how long it takes for a response if there is one. seen someone on another forms say it took a week which kicks us out of the beta if that's true.
