You need to appeal the ban using the steps I shared in the last reply Starpuruajia​ 

There is no other way to appeal a ban.

Ok,Thank you again for your reply, dear Darko. I have followed the method you provided for my appeal, but I still cannot see my case in my appeal record. Is this a normal phenomenon?
