i got banned and need clarification

Question

hello, i got banned on fc 27 ( for genuinely no reason) but thats not my issue, my issue is that in the email sent by ea it says 28 days( image attached) but on the penalty history page it says my ban is permanent( image also attached) so i just want to know which one is correct because i spent a lot of money on the game and i genuinely dont think i did anything wrong, ive never cheated or used sniping bots or anything of sorts

Did you get an clarification? Same happened to me yet i only play single player and rush/clubs with friends, Never cheated in my bloody life and knowing EA support they never reply. It's extremely frustrating knowing i have done nothing.&nbsp;
