I need help changing my email on my EA account

Hello I need help changing my email the one I have my brother made 14 years ago and has no access to anymore

    Hi draven12344​,

    Is there any chance of recovering the older email? Try the recovery options on the sign-in page of your email service provider’s website, or visit their support site for more help to see if you can recover access to your email address.

    If it can't be recovered, though, you'll need our support team's help to update the email on the EA account. Use these steps to reach them:

    1. Open this guide and scroll to the bottom, and click 'Contact Us' under the heading 'Still having issues?'.
    2. This will open up the EA NextStep bot to help complete the help ticket for sending. Once you've completed the next steps and submitted the ticket, a support case will be sent to the support team

     

    They'll be in touch as soon as someone is available to help you further.
