Trouble with in-game purchase.

Earlier I bought an item on Apex Legends. It was a skin for pathfinder called “captain mech” which features a special animation. I got the skin although I did not get the animation, I’ve restarted my game and searched everywhere but found no answer. I would like to know how to either get a refund or obtain what I paid for, I bought hoping for the animation but only got the skin.
