- Are you trying to log into your EA account on PC, Mac, Mobile, or a Console like Xbox or PlayStation?
- What information can you see, and what should you be seeing instead?
- Were you loading into a specific game, or was it the EA app?
- Did you see an error message? If yes, please share a screenshot.
