I need to talk to someone at ea.

I started a case saying that I want to link my steam account to my ea account. It says that I can’t as I have already linked it with a steam account that I have no access to. It has been over 6 days and nothing has been done. Can anyone help me?

    I have been able to speak to them. They sent me an email and I replied to it. No response. That was over 3 days ago
