I no longer have access to the account email

Because EA Help has been wonderful so far... I need some help that this company has FAILED to give me. When I made my account (decades ago) I used a Yahoo email address. I no longer have access to that email because it has been deleted and I have no way of recovering it. I have tried contacting EA Help via chat but that has failed every time. I have provided every billing address, credit card, and DLC I have purchased throughout the years and apparently there is no way to escalate this to someone outside of the useless EA Help chat. I have provided everything short of a proof of purchase email because they were sent to the email I no longer have access to. I have 28 various packs worth hundreds of dollars that I have purchased throughout the years and they are now stuck in that account and EA is refusing or is claiming they are unable to help. I just need a way to regain access by answering a security question or authenticating some other way. Has anyone else anywhere had a similar issue? I need some help, I don't want to lose all of my purchases.
