I have a similar problem with merging accounts recently... mostly since I couldn't change my EA Forums username. 😓 Apparently, my other account was created using an email address which has been deleted. Due to that reason I was unable to read the email message that EA Help chat had sent to me. Then I ran into a "brick wall" with some of the questions because I've gotten The Sims 4 when it became free to download on Steam (not to mention that the DLC that I have were from code drops on The Sims Discord).
