Permanent bans for text chat or speaking is unjust.

Obviously I’m not promoting anything along the lines that violates the 6th rule of “rules of conduct” however I feel it’s a bit harsh to permanently ban someone for playing the game. I’ve seen people getting permanently banned for saying “f u” back to another toxic player and stuff like that however I’ve put some thought and I personally think instead of permanently banning someone from playing the game I think a permanent ban on speaking or text chat in game should be put in place… I mean I know I’m not going to get a response by any of the devs but I think being apart of a great community such as this one I should write something that may benefit it in some way. There’s obviously counter play to my argument though as if you permanently ban someone from text chat or game chat what’s stopping them from using third party websites to use comms such as Xbox chat PlayStation chat or simply discord. Anyways this is my take on permanent bans for voice and text chat :))
