I want to delete my ea accont..
I'm a user from south korea, and tried the following steps several times.
However, I never got an e-mail back...
Even the contact "ticket" record didn't remain in my account, so I had literally no way to get in contact with EA help team at all...
Please help me delete my account...
I hope the help team won't reply the same as the picture above...

Have you received any response acknowledging the request when you create the account deletion ticket?

I submitted account deletion request form several times, I haven't got 'any' e-mail reponse about it.
There wasn't any record left on 'my case' menu, which left me confused because there was no way to find out
if my request was even read by the support team...
I googled about deleting EA account, and some said there is an 'account deletion team' in EA.
If this is true, please help me get in touch with the team so I can delete my account.

We can't put you in touch with any specific team here on the forums.
If you create an account deletion request and continue to log into the account, then this can result in the deletion being cancelled, as once the account is active, our team won't delete it.
