Impossible to delete account

Is there an email or phone number I could reach out to or could someone from EA reach out to me? Someone created an account using my email and I have been waiting over an hour for someone to help me with the chat feature (keeps saying my wait is 3 minutes).  I do not want my email attached to this account or any of my information and it seems like there’s no way to delete it despite EA having the “right to be forgotten” information on their page. The chat feature does not work in incognito or regular tabs.
