Impossible to delete account

Is there an email or phone number I could reach out to or could someone from EA reach out to me? Someone created an account using my email and I have been waiting over an hour for someone to help me ...

Also my support ticket was closed by EA listing "no fix" without me ever successfully contacting/speaking with support.
