Incorrect card packed

During the initial release of the web app while inform/team of the week alvaro careras was in packs i packed his gold card

My psn id is unending_scope

I belive I packed it from my welcome packs but it may have been from a pack from an sbc

I reported this problem over a week ago and had hoped to hsve the correct ans tradable compensation as the card was tradable
