Is my account deleted?

I had to create this new temporary account to be able to post here...

I can't login to my EA account.

I can use my email address in the first step, but when I come to step two and enter my password it says: "Your login details are incorrect or have expired. Try again or reset your password."

When I try to reset my password it says: "We couldn't find your EA Account."

I have tried contacting support via the support page but when I try to create a ticket or support case it says: "This issue isn't supported by advisors. Check out our help resources below or visit EA Forums to get help from the community."

I have tried all the help resources without any luck, so the community is my last hope.

My EA account was created June 6th 2003 and I updated my password January 25th 2024.

If I don't get access to my account again, I will boycott EA in the future and will never buy anything from you again.

    I'm sorry to say that we can't do much to help with account problems on the forums, as nobody has access to account details and there's no way of confirming ownership. This really should be something that EA Help can assist with, though, so I don't know why you're seeing a message about the issue not being supported. 

    Which support option did you select when you were trying to open the case on the EA Help site? It may be that there is a different one that will work for you.
