Is my account deleted?

I had to create this new temporary account to be able to post here... I can't login to my EA account. I can use my email address in the first step, but when I come to step two and enter my password...

HI User70365,

I'm sorry to say that we can't do much to help with account problems on the forums, as nobody has access to account details and there's no way of confirming ownership. This really should be something that EA Help can assist with, though, so I don't know why you're seeing a message about the issue not being supported. 

Which support option did you select when you were trying to open the case on the EA Help site? It may be that there is a different one that will work for you.
