Is this how EA support will work from today onwards?

I'm trying to contact EA support to resolve my issue.
The answers I received via email were completely unhelpful, and it felt like I was writing to an AI bot.
They told me in several of these emails that to get help, I have to continue my case via chat.
That's what I was told.
"Follow these steps:
- Sign in to your EA account.
- Go to My Cases.
- Select your existing case from the list and then select Continue Case to start a chat with someone from our support team.
Why chat?
The chat connects you directly to a member of our support team who can pick up where your emails left off."
What you can see in the attachment, if it's displayed, is an endless loading screen.
This is what I get when I try to resolve the case with EA support via chat.
I cannot get in touch with EA support even when I follow their own instructions.
My case was simply closed by EA and the problem was not resolved.
Perhaps I'm misunderstanding, but in my opinion, support shouldn't function in this way.
